Triowabohu - Open Doors
Triowabohu is an upcoming modern jazz band located in Koblenz, Germany. For their latest CD release 'Open Doors'
I was approached by the band to design the cover of the CD which involved photography, production and delivering finished, printable designs.
Photography (except band photo) and image treatment, layout and design.
Website design and build, Drupal CMS integration with media modules for uploading mp3 files and YouTube videos. Web domain and server configuration.
"What I needed was a visualisation of an idea that I had about an cover for our new album "open doors". So I engaged Robert to do the photo- and Photoshop-artwork.
It was astonishing how fast the work was done. In nearly 2 hours he made the photos and we could go further to do the "real" artwork; making a significant, catchy CD-Cover out of it, using Photoshop and InDesign. Robert handled the job with a lot creativity, concerning the colours and font as well as the positioning of the script. That lead to the result of having a dense, atmospherical CD-Cover. He finally made the layout for the Digi-Pack (front, back and inlay). The band and I are so glad for having an equality in a visual shape to the music we make, that we engaged him once again to do our webpage. Rhead for President!!!" - Thomas Schmittinger
